Varnell United Methodist Church is an open fellowship empowered by the Holy Spirit to offer God's salvation for all through Jesus Christ, according to the Scriptures. From I-75, Exit 341, travel east approximately 5 miles to Georgia Highway 2. Turn right onto Highway 2 and travel approximately 1 1/2 miles and we are on the hill on the left.
From downtown Dalton, travel north on Georgia Highway 71 (Cleveland Highway / Glenwood Ave.), approximately 7 miles from Dalton to the intersection with Ga. Hwy. 2. Turn left onto Highway 2 and travel approximately 1 1/2 miles and we are on the right on the hill.
From Cleveland, TN, travel south on Tennessee Highway 60 (Dalton Pike). Tn. Hwy. 60 becomes Ga. Hwy. 71. Travel 6 1/2 miles on Ga. Hwy. 71 to intersection with Georgia Highway 2. Turn right onto Highway 2 and travel approximately 1 1/2 miles and we are on the right on the hill.
